Retreats are a great way to take a break from the fast pace life and find space to listen to God, reconnect with your heart and find comfort in connection with others. I'll be providing two workshops during this retreat. The first focusing on body-based activities that help the mind slow down so we can connect with God. The second workshop will explore how God has created our brains to change and grow and ways that we can harness these principles to live with freedom, joy and love.

Blessed is the one… whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers. (Ps 1)
