The first session:
I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and building a real relationship, I want you to feel known, accepted and cared for. You are the expert on your life and your concerns, my goal is to join your process and give you tools and resources to help with what you're going through.
We'll explore your story, your goals, and the patterns you want to shift. I'll help you understand how trauma affects the nervous system and how we can use tools like EMDR, IFS and somatic awareness to safely process painful experiences.
What I love about therapy:
One of the most powerful moments in therapy is when a client is finally able to take a positive truth about themselves - something they may know intellectually but struggle to feel - and they begin to believe it in their heart and find the ability to live from that place rather than the negative messages fear, anxiety and trauma create in our lives.
Personal Details:
I am a GenX, information seeker, INFJ, Enneagram 2w3, introvert who loves people. I have encountered some mountains (as everyone has) including ongoing type 1 diabetes, thyroid cancer and the loss of both parents. But I am blessed to be a step-mom to two amazing kids who lost their mother in their teens, and now I’m a grandma! In my spare time I love to be outside and grow flowers to cut and sell as a side gig.

My greatest passion as a therapist is helping exceptional people who are held back by limiting beliefs move toward real change and break free from old patterns.

Whether you're dealing with childhood trauma, panic attacks, or faith-related struggles, I create a safe, grounded space for deep emotional healing.
