I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and building a real relationship, I want you to feel known, accepted and cared for. You are the expert on your life and your concerns, my goal is to join your process and give you tools and resources to help with what you're going through. ​

I have been providing counseling services in a number of settings since 2012, including private practice, college counseling center and mental health coaching through health insurance. I specialize in supporting individual adults and children working through depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. ​​
