About Karin Lyon, MA, LPCC

​The overarching theme of my life has been to help others heal and find joy, whether that's through therapy or growing and sharing flowers as a side gig.

​I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and building a real relationship, I want you to feel known, accepted and cared for. You are the expert on your life and your concerns, my goal is to join your process and give you tools and resources to help with what you're going through. 

I am a GenX, entrepreneur, small business owner, information seeker, INFJ, Enneagram 2w3, introvert who loves people. I have encountered some mountains (as everyone has) including ongoing type 1 diabetes, thyroid cancer and the loss of both parents. I am blessed to be a step-mom to two amazing kids who lost their mother in their teens, and now I’m a grandma!
